Our Products

All our breads are fat and sugar free except olive oil in olive bread and butter in brioche bread. In fact, our breads are made with flours from sustainable and /or organic agriculture, water, fresh yeast and / or leven (sour dough) and salt.

All our croissants are made with pure butter only and are egg free.

Our pastry is made with high quality basic ingredients such as flours, eggs, cream 35%, milk, sugar, butter. We are not using any ready to use preparation.

All our pies are available as individual pies and may be ordered in 10".

All our pizzas and quiches are made with raw milk cheese from Compton.

The weights marked for the breads are evaluated with raw dough; for the weight of loafs count 15% less (miche campagne or alpage) to 35% less (baguette).

If you want an item that is not on the list below, send us an email through the contact page or verbally at the Market for the following week.

For items other than breads and croissants, (pastry, quiches, pizzas...), please let us know your order as soon as possible the previous week and if possible no later than Thursday night. For breads and croissants, Friday is good.
