Pies
Most of our pies are made on a pure butter pastry dough using powdered almond or a frangipane, a mix of powdered almond, sugar, butter and pastry cream. Fresh fruits of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are used when in season otherwise preserved fruits such as mirabelles, imported from France, are of the highest quality. Some of our speciality pies are unique, such as, the honey almond, caramelized walnut torte or Linz torte made with raspberry jam and hazelnut.
