Duck liver mousse with port wine:
Chicken livers are blended with melted butter, eggs and a reduction of port wine, then cooked in a terrine.
We suggest our onion jam as a great accompaniment.

Starting Wednesday, December 22nd
we shall be open every day at 9:00 a.m., closed on Dec. 25th and January 1st.

We shall open at 11:00 a.m. on December 26th and January 2nd.
