All dishes are homemade by Chef owner Denis Mareuge, from the freshest ingredients without additives or preservatives. The Chef works whenever possible with local produce (Brome Lake Ducks, regional organic vegetable growers in summer) and Quebec products. Small batches insure attention to detail and taste.
